SolidWorks Motion is a robust simulation tool that is available on SolidWorks CAD (Computer-Aided Design). It is coupled with SOLIDWORKS Premium or any level of SOLIDWORKS Simulation and provides access to gravity, contact sets, loads, dampers, springs, and motors lets us analyze the effect of the motion. SOLIDWORKS motion analysis employs assembly mates together with part contacts along with a physics-based solver to realistically find out the physical movements of the assembly under load. Design calculations of the motion and forces of assembly are part of the structural analysis of the items to ensure that their function is effective.
