Automobile or Automotive engineering is one of the subcategories of vehicle engineering. It consists of software, mechanical, electric, safety, and electronic engineering disciplines for planning, designing, manufacturing, and developing cars, bicycles, motorbikes, scooters, etc. It is also responsible for modifying these vehicles using the properties of other sub-disciplinary fields such as mechanical, electrical, electronics, software and safety engineering in automobile design and manufacturing.
